   A:Customers offer CAD drawing or products samples→Making drawings→Customer Confirm→Pay new molds fee→Testing molds→Samples confirm→Bulk production

   A:Aluminium profiles thickness from 0.3mm-4.0mm, no matter mill finish, powder coating, anodized, wooden grain... all the color & surface finish can be supplied as per your requirement.
3. Q:How long is the lead time?
    A:To make a new die: 7-10 days
         Mass production: about 20 days after deposit(50% normally) received.
4.  Q:How can we guarantee quality?
    A:We always offer a pre-production sample before mass production with strict inspection before shipment.

6. Q:How much is the mold fee?
